Canada is the world’s largest producer of Snow crab, providing about 2/3 of the global supply. With its sweet, flavorful meat, snow crab is one of the most popular crustacean from Atlantic. The delectable, snow-white meat is so flavorful that many people enjoy it sans-dipping butter.
Snow crab is harvested from the icy waters of the North Atlantic from April to November, when the legs of the crab are packed-full of delicious meat.

Frozen snow crab is available year-round, and it is typically available fresh between January and early April. All our snow crab is sustainably-caught, and fishing is regulated by the DFO.

Our crab is fished by trap and delivered live to our processing facility, the quality of the product is preserved until it reaches the customers.
